The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Manhattan's historic Flatiron district which is a few blocks away from the Empire State Building, The hotel’s location is a superb jumping-off point for doing everything what there is to do in New York, including sightseeing, museum-going, shopping, and nightclubbing.

This is a modern hotel. Its exterior features unique, funky artwork, which gives it a very artistic look. The lobby is modern, medium sized. The entire area resembles a museum space since it contains a lot of great Pop Art, including an original Campbell's Soup Can designed and signed by Andy Warhol. The rooms are medium sized and are decorated in an upbeat style that utilizes a lot of bold colors. The hardwood floors throughout are another great feature. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant there are many excellent eateries within walking distance.
